I need to set up my sanyo vcr with my tv but lost the instruction manual

0 Just ensure that you have colour to colour and the aerial is connected. Turn to the AV channel you want it to run through and turn it on - it will autotune to the channels itself. I have the instruction manual here somewhere but connected mine without it. Unfortunately I can't tell you how to tune it manually - don't think it can be done.
