We have a Sanyo vcr plus da4head universal shuttle...

We have a Sanyo vcr plus da4head universal shuttle remote. Vhr 5441 We can't remember how to get the "c" (cable) icon off. We don't have cable so its stuck on cable. We had not used it in a long time, it ate the tape that we tried to play.
