I can't seem to find an external harddrive that will work with this DVR. Every one I try stutters on playback. The Seagate SV35.3 I have now is supposed to be for DVRs only but it is only marginally better than the standard HDs I tried. I can't get my cable company or Scientific Atlanta to tell me what drive to use. I am using the eSATA interface on the DVR, it doesn't have a USB.
