I have a Scientific Atlanta 8300HD DVR as provided by Comcast.net, but I do not have a manual for its operation. On the front display of the unit in the lower right corner are two slots. One is likely for some card and the other may be a HDMI connection. My question is two parts: 1)Is it an HMDI connection, 2)if yes, then is it an input or output?
