Question About Scientific Atlanta DVR None
Scientific Atlanta Exployer 8300HDC...

I bought a 8300HDC off ebay, I currently have WOW cable service in Cleveland Ohio, I do not have a HD tv. The current box from WOW is a Scientific Atlanta Exployer 8300C. The one I bought boots up, goes through OCAP and stops at nocp. Does that mean it needs the software from WOW?
