How to Reset to Factory Settings?...

How do I Reset to the Factory settings? I was attempting to program a GE universal remote and some rogue commands really screwed up the display settings and I can not modify them. Gun alignment and sync looks like it might have been modified. Unplugging for long period does not work. Got it back to English from the Chinese menus.
