Sharp Technicolor dci401mcs. TVs lose their cloni...

Sharp Technicolor dci401mcs. TVs lose their cloning and goes back to RF. Have tried obvious solutions including firmware updates and signal levels. Only way to reset TV is to power cycle it. Box is running about 117 to 120 degrees. We have re-programmed the sets numerous times. If you have had experience with this, we'd appreciate your input.
