I have a Sharp model 25R-S100 CRT TV (serial number 104844716) and need to connect a hearing aid accessory device to its audio output so that the sound will go directly to my hearing aids. The device works with another TV, but I cannot get it to work with my Sharp TV using either the front or back white and red jacks. How can I get this to work?
