I have no remote n cant get to channel 4 for the c...

I have no remote n cant get to channel 4 for the cabke to wirk. Only chanbels 3 10 13 and input are programmed and bipasses all other channels. What can I do? N universal and cable remotes only turn on power n volume controls.
