My mom had this working fine, she moved and gave to me. I hooked up and as said, the regular DVDs play great, but not having a manual I do not know how to set the settings. I did change them to match my 1080P they were set on 490 P, but still does not play. Changed the batteries and with no manual need help. Could it be a bad Blu ray disc ? It is a rental/
