I am trying to hook up a Roku 1 to my LC-37D5U FLA...

I am trying to hook up a Roku 1 to my LC-37D5U FLAT SCREEN TV, which has Doby Virtual, DCR, HDMI and HDTV access. I am trying to hook up the Roku to receive Netflix through my computer to the TV. However. my Comcast cable box already has a HDMI cable in the slot. What do I do to hook up the Roku???? HELP!!!
