i have a LC19SB24U sharp flat screen HDTV 19" and when I go to set aspect ratio with my At&T uverse my choices are 780 or 1080 for HD. If I chose either of those, the picture on the TV blows up so large that it cuts the picture on the sides so I can't see certain parts on the right and left. Can you advise if there is a setting I need the TV on to make the picture fit properly within the screen boundries?
