I hope we do not appear too dumb but we have tried to hook up the TV. We were able to attach it to the Verizon Fios box but that is as far as we could go. We have no instructions, we are unable to get or change channels and do not have sound. We would really appreciate any help you could give us. Maybe if we had a picture of the hook up or detailed instructions we could finish the job. Thank you for your time.
