my SHARP TV LC -52LE830U both control are blocked...

my SHARP TV LC -52LE830U both control are blocked my remote someone did it ,and my remote control docent respond to tv when i push the botton from the main unit I receive some message ...the only botton that is working is the power botton so what can I do .... please help me
