Has anyone else found that there are TWO mute buttons - one that shows mute in the top right corner of screen (perhaps TV mute button) and second mute shown in bottom left corner of the screen .. (used on remote that comes with cable provider like att uverse).. Lost my sharp tv remote and can't de-select the mute symbol that showed up in the upper right corner when I hit the wrong button on cable provider remote.. Please help.. Can't find a manual release button either.. Just crazy..
