I have trouble with a black box appearing on certain channels. Could this be related to CC? I don't have a manual to fix the problem

0 Why am I getting a black square in the center of my television screen? The Closed Caption function is set in the “text” mode. To remove it, access Closed Caption in the menu and change the Mode setting from “text” to “off”. Best wishes.
