I just bought the above model and tried to hook up my computer to the Sharp Cc-26DV24U. The piitcure will show the initial start up of windows but the screen goes blank once the blue bar of Micore soft windows start up reaches the end not dispaying any picture. Additionally, the owners manual atates that I should use the cahrt on page 24 to ensure set up is correct for Horizontal and Vertical Frequency. The one problem is that the product only goes as high as 50 and the vertical Frequency are all over 60. The Hoizontal Frequesncy display a .something (ie 48.4 and the values are all whole numbers. How do I get the product to work fofor my computer (which is why I bought the product). I'm stationed overseas at a military installation in Japan.
