Repair broken cable jack...

the receptical that attaches the cable wire to the back of the tv was sheered of during an attempt to move the television. It looks like a clean break at the root of the jack. Can this threaded jack be replaced independently by soldering a new one in place or by replacing the card? if so what would be the proceedure and/or expense?
