Sharp TV power will not stay on...

power/picture will not stay on. turn it on, it stays on for about 20 seconds, then shuts off and power light then blinks. sometimes can get power back on if hold power button (it turns red, then yellow). the power then comes on.

0 will mot stay on hold button down and it will blink, it will change colors then go off.
