Question About Sharp Flat Panel Television None
Sometimes when I turn the TV on the bottom half is more dim than the top half. Could this be the bulb?...

This is a TV that was give to us. It has two problems. Sometimes when we turn the TV on it is kind of dim on the bottom half. When we turn it off and back on it is fine. The second issue is that is has a high pitch hum that I'd like to know if I can get rid of.
