Tv Keeps Shutting Off...

Every Time I Turn My TV On It Shuts Back Off Green Blinking Light Appers I Hold The Power Button And It Changes To A red Color Then i Hold The Ower Button again Turns Orange Then Hold It Once More And The Orange Light Turns Off Once This Happens I Push The Power Button Top Turn It On It Comes On For 1 To 2 Seconds And the Shuts Back Off
