Question About Shaw Universal Remote ATLAS PVR Universal Remote Control
unable to use key pad to select cable channel...

Our remote controller doe not allow us to change channels using the keypad. We can only change channels using the ch+or Ch- keys. Please suggest a way to restore the keypad function
