I OWN TWO DVR4300 MODELS. OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS THE DVD SIDE LOCKS UP AND STATES TO CHECK DISC. WHEN I TRY THE DISC ON ANOTHER SYSTEM THE DISC IN QUESTIONS IS OK. I THINK IT IS THE TRACKING DEVICE...HOW DO I CORRECT THIS? DOES IT REQUIRE THAT I SEND IT IN/ PLEASE ADVISE
