Have changed setting from Auto to 1050(HD?) settin...

Have changed setting from Auto to 1050(HD?) setting. Now reads "Out of Range" and can't see anything menu. Want to get back to Auto so I can see picture or reset to factory setting. Have turned off and on but still Out of Range. Blu ray Player-AVCHD HDMI BDP-5350 TV KDL-32V4000 Conestion HDMI Cabel Please help
