I just purchased a SONY BDP-BX320, connected it to my cable-modem and TV, turned it on, set the TV to HDMI, and got the Easy Set Up Menu. Unfortunately, the remote control that came with the unit does not work. Yes, I installed the batteries. None of the buttons do anything. What do I do next?
