Question About Sony Blu-ray Player BDP-S360
my blu-ray player has a external port in the back ...

my blu-ray player has a external port in the back for usb but when i try to watch movies off the usb it says DB data needs to be erased and wont let me into any menu to even see what on the usb and thoughts?
