We had captioning. It disappeared. Our remote is from the satelite company and we are unable to scross horizontally. We can scroll vertically. When I push in the TV button, and hit menu, it shows me 5 icons across the screen. I can't access the last one, which I think has captioning. I can only scroll down with the first icon. I tried the arrow buttons on the front of the TV (under the cover) but it is only up and down. HELP!!
