my sony crt tv ...KV XF34M65 ,When I switch on ,noisy sound come out,about 3 minutes picture appear ...and then menu can't see...

0 I found myself these problem, long time picture did'nt appear 4.7mf/175v capacitor at power supply near by 2 switches and display problem is in tuner box soldering problem.
