Read the manual but don't know how to fix problem....

Read the manual but don't know how to fix problem. Stand-by light blinks two times. Followed manual instructions but to no avail. Help please.

0 I've already read the troubleshooting from the maual on how to repair if stand-by light blinks twice. But I'm no electrician or mechanic and those diagrams are Greek to me.
