The red standby light flashes intermittently when ...

The red standby light flashes intermittently when the television is switched on and there is no picture. All the connections seem sound. It is connected via a scart lead to a Phillips Digibox and was working fine until this problem occurred.

0 Unfortunately the manual seems to be the 'Quickstart' guide and I can't see any problem solving section. Probably just me being daft!
