TV IS DRIVING ME CRAZY...

OUR TV TAKES ALONG TIME TO TURN ON AND WHEN IT DOES IT BLINKS ON AND OFF THE WHOLE TIME. I WOULD LIKE TO TRY AND FIX IT MYSELF IF SOMEONE COULD POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. THANKS
