Question About Sony CRT Television KV-21CL10U
TV not working KV-21CL10U...

My tv wont turn on and the light keep flashing 10 times green, stop and then it starts flashing again, would it be easy/expensive to fix? I bought it for £35 second hand few months ago and it was fine then. I appretiate any help, thank you!
