I have the 400 disc mega dvd changer. One afternoon i went to put several new store bought dvd's in and the changer said it couldn't read the dvd. I made sure they were facing the right direction and finally took them out. Since then the dvd changer will not read any of my dvd's, even the ones that have been in and player just fine since I got the player. I have tried taking some dvd's out and reloading them, turning the machine on and off and unplugging the player. I have not completely unloaded and reloaded the player. As of right now all it will do is cycle through all my dvd's, say "Cannot read disc" and move on to the next one. It will not allow me to bring up the folder screen on the television. If anyone has encountered this before or has any suggestions for how I can fix this problem I would appreciate it. Thank you.
