Question About Sony DVD Player BDP-BX2
can't connect to internet...

I cannot connect it to the internet. I want to connect it using an ethernet cable, but everything that I think you are suppose to do such as connecting the cable to both the blu ray and the modem is done, I also have the external memory checked...so what is the problem?
