Question About Sony DVD Player SLVD380P
dvd/disc slot...

the disc/dvd housing compartmrnt will not stay closed. After incerting disc it opens and closes repeatedly. I do not know what to do, very dissapointed with this Sony product. I no have the owner's manual to even trouble shoot the player. Concerned, Randy Whiteside
