Question About Sony DVD Player DVP-NC66K
Error code: E 27 00...

We have a Sony DVD/CD player, model no. dvp-nc66k and when we turn it on, it comes up with E 27 00 and then turns off. Does anyone know what this is/what it means and how we can fix it?
