Hi, I have a DVPSR210P. Connected directly to tv. Yellow, white, and red plugs. Tv source is on video. Tried 2 movie DVD's. The screen displays 'loading,' but nothing more.

0 Tried phone support. No luck. Out of warranty. Just a bad product with bad customer service.
