I have a Sony DVP-SR210P. The closed captioning (subtitles) will not turn off, no matter what DVD we play in it. When I go to the menu options to turn off subtitles, and select OFF, as soon as I go back to the movie, it's still showing subtitles. I also turn off subtitles via the actual movie menu, but once again, they appear. This happens with ALL DVD's that we play. It's super annoying. Any help would be appreciated.
