0 Thanks so much to fzabkar for his help with this manual. I've been so long acknowledgeing the help because Adobe gave me so much trouble. It says II can'tdisplay this web. Yet the first page finaly comes up but then I couldn't scrol down. With many tries, I finally got all of it.
