Question About Sony DVD Player DVP-S7000
my tray will not open...

The face plate will function. But the tray will not operate. The lcd will not show on the face plate either. I think there is movie stuck in there. I love this player. Please help. It was my first real gift for my boyfriend who kept after me for 6 months before x-mas.
