sylvania tv code...

I just purchased a sylvania lc420ss8 widescreen HDMI television and i cannot get the code to utilize my sony dvd remote, please help

1 I HAVE A Sony DVD Player DVP-NS70H AND I DON'T KNOW THE CODES TO PUT THE TV IN THE SAME REMO CONTROL. MY TV IS A SYLVANIA AND I DONT HAVE A REMO CONTROL FOR THE TV THATS WHY I WANTED TO PUT IT TOGETHER.
