Question About Sony DVD Recorder RDR-GX355
dvd recorder won't respond...

We accidentally changed the command mode from dvd 3 to dvd 1 and now we cannot even get the remote to work or the recorder to respond. Is there some kind of reset button or something....we cannot get anything to work now.

2 Press and hold 'ENTER' on the remote. Then after holding it for aprx 10 - 15 seconds press and hold '3' on the remote for a few seconds. If doesn't solve then you can chat with Sony at their website.
