tengo un reproductor RDR vx500 y en la pantalla se visualiza Child Lock Como hago para eleminar este mensaje ya que no me sacar el disco DVd y no arranca el sistema ni con el control remoto mi E-mail es surajiri@hotmail.com

0 Hold down the on/off power button for 30 seconds to disable the child lock feature.
