Question About Sony DVD VCR Combo D350P
won't play vhs...

Hi, not sure if this is the exact product I have, but this is kind of a general question... I have only played the vhs a few times, the product is 2 years old, the dvd works great, but the vhs won't play, the tape won''t even go in now...please advise thanks
