I have a 23" Sony bravia LCD TV and cannot locate the user manual. The problem I am having is not knowing how adjust the picture as the top of actors heads are cut off the screen, another example of this problem is while watching Football the teams scores are cut off the screen and some of the Football players are also cut off the TV screen (panel). I tried resetting all settings using the remote to default position but this has not corrected the problem. Can someone please advise me how to adjust the character size on the screen?
