Question About Sony Flat Panel Television KV-20FS120, KV-24FS120
adjusting picture vertical and horizontal dimensions...

How do you expand or contract the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the picture. I want to move the whole picture down about 1/4 of an inch. The manual doesn't show how to do this. JOn
