i have no power on my tv just a red light says tim...

i have no power on my tv just a red light says timer / pic off ...blinks twice and pauses then blinks twice again and so on we had our power go off for a breif peroid of time and i want to know what i can do to get my tv to turn back on model number ldl-32m4000 manfactured in may 2008 thank you
