My mother in law has the subject Sony and lives in another city. She has cable TV, but called tonight to say her TV is displaying "No Signal" and all she can get are 3 fuzzy broadcast channels. She has a TV in another room that is getting a cable signal. We asked her to make sure the cable connection from the TV to the wall (no cable box) is secure. She says it is. Before I make a 200 mile round trip, do you have any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks.
