Question About Sony Flat Panel Television KDL-37N4000
programming remote for digital TV...

I have a sony tv model # KDL 37M4000. It will not pick up certain channels that have been tuned for digital tv. I also can not turn the channels with the remote. I need to know how to do it. I need easy directions, since I am 80 years young, and have no Idea how to do this. I have the remote book but it doesn't make sence to me. Can you help?
