Sony KDL-40nx711 crashes when trying to log on to ...

Sony KDL-40nx711 crashes when trying to log on to my home wifi network. Any remedy available? On Sony TV, if I go to Setting, View Network (this forces TV to log on network), then I log on to Netflix, then it will not crash. I am looking for a remedy so that I don't have to go thru so many steps to log on Netflix. Thanks.
